The Gran Cuv�e Ros� Bellavista is a special cuv�e which is only produced in very limited quantities (around 3% of the Company�s total production) and is created by blending together at least 20 of the top-quality selections from our vineyards, some of which have undergone fermentation and maturation in small oak barrels.
This special cuv�e is produced in limited quantities and is the result of very rigorous selection, making it a Gran Cuv�e of absolutely outstanding quality. It is the first example of a Franciacorta produced by the very ancient technique of using �small barrels� in order to give full expression - interpreting them in a feminine style � to the Chardonnay grapes from the older vineyards with southerly exposure, lying high on the hillsides of the commune of Erbusco.
